DUBLIN –September 22, 2022 – LearnUpon, a powerful, yet easy-to-use LMS championing learner-centric experiences and results-focused support, and Personio, Europe’s leading HR software company for small and mid-sized businesses, today announced a strategic partnership to further enable companies across the globe to learn in the flow of work with more efficient learning processes.
Through the new partnership, LearnUpon’s LMS will seamlessly integrate with Personio’s HR solution to allow businesses to automatically add new employees to LearnUpon prior to onboarding, removing the manual effort of managing users between two systems. Together, both technologies will ensure employees have the tools to be successful from day one and beyond, delivering continuous training through the entire employee journey to boost performance and foster new skill development.
In addition to the integration, LearnUpon will also be added to Personio’s growing marketplace, enabling businesses to effortlessly discover the partnership and quickly connect both solutions.
